Coach Randy Novak, had nothing but praise for his Bramalea blues after the all round effort put in against Aurora in a 4 to 3 shootout win. After giving up the first two goals blues struck back for two of their own by Anthony Mastrodicasa and Joshua Burnell. Aurora took the lead once again before Jonathan Brand tied the game. Nothing was decided in overtime and Anthony Mastrodicasa netted the only shootout goal while Blues goaltender Dillion Branco stone cold all four attempts by Aurora. "Defense and goaltending really stepped it up for us tonight" in securing the win commented Blues coach Randy Novak. Blues take on rival Brampton tonight at the Powerade Centre, game time 7.30pm and play host to Trenton for a rematch the next night game time 7.30pm also at the Powerade Centre.
